* بدأ موقع “بلا رتوش” كمنصة إلكترونية تهتم بالأدب والشعر والقصص والمناسبات الثقافية، مع تجنب الخوض في الشؤون السياسية العربية والإقليمية والدولية.
* حظيت النسخة الأدبية للموقع بصدى واسع لدى القراء العرب، وساهم فيها نخبة من الكتاب والشعراء من مختلف الدول العربية.
* توقف الموقع عن النشر لفترة، ثم عاد بحلة جديدة ورؤية أكثر شمولية بالتزامن مع انطلاق الثورة السورية في عام 2011.
الرؤية والرسالة
* اتخذ الموقع شعار “خطوة بألوان قوس قزح وبياض الثلج”، تأكيدًا على الشفافية وطرح المواضيع بوضوح ودون تجميل، من مختلف المشارب الفكرية والسياسية.

* مهندس مدني استشلري عمل في سوريا والسعودية ، وهو كاتب وشاعر له إسهامات أدبية في دوريات عربية، وشارك في مهرجانات ومناسبات أدبية وثقافية.
* ولد في مدينة دير الزور، سوريا، في 6 مارس 1962.
* يقيم حاليًا في تركيا ويحمل الجنسية التركية.
